Quarter... National Insurance Contributions

NIC is currently left blank on the start up cost list, I am not entirely sure what any of this means but I am positive this table will make sense at some point. I am aware that there is an upper and lower limit based on the NIC, I think our salaries will put us in the lower limit. I need to clarify this.
